Return & Exchange
EXCHANGE:
Any product bought from Freesia Premium's online store can be exchanged from the Online Store ONLY, provided it is unused and still has the label and tag in its original state (We do not offer exchanges unless we deliver the incorrect order or the product is faulty). This policy applies to local orders only.
i - We only offer exchanges for international orders if we deliver the incorrect order or the product is faulty.
ii - For products on Sale we only offer exchanges if we deliver the incorrect order.
Exchange Policy is only liable within 14 working days after the goods are delivered.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE:
Freesia Premium does not offer an exchange/refund policy once the order is processed. However, you are eligible for an exchange if we have delivered the wrong item to you or if the one you received is faulty or damaged. In that scenario, you can contact our customer services center by emailing us at freesia.premium@gmail.com or call us at (+92) 309 8881668 along with your order number for our customer care representative to schedule the right one for you.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. Freesia Premium has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item being out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
Exchange & Refund Policy:
At Freesia Premium, we are committed to ensuring the highest level of services. Whilst, we hope you are delighted with your order and we do not offer any return or exchange under normal conditions. We only offer "Conditional Exchange" if you face quality issues with the product.
- We offer exchanges only if the product delivered is faulty or not according to the details provided.
- No exchanges on sale items unless we deliver the incorrect order.
- The faulty item provided by the customers MUST be in its Original Form.
- Any changes made to the order can be catered to within 48 hours (Excluding Unstitched Articles).
- All orders made can be canceled within 24 hours. (Excluding Unstitched Articles). Your order can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. There will be cancellation charges i.e. 6% of the paid amount; the rest of the amount will be credited to the original method of payment. Please allow time for the credit to appear in your account. However, after this time slot, no refunds are offered.
- All orders canceled will be refunded as store credit only. (Excluding Unstitched Articles)
- We only take alterations reported within a week after receiving the outfit. (Excluding Unstitched Articles)
- Sale articles are not eligible for Exchange and Return.
- Ready-to-ship articles are not eligible for Exchange & Return.
- There is no Return & exchange policy as per the customer's liking or disliking of the product.
- The company is not responsible for bleeding, damage to print, or fading of colors due to washing.
- The company is only providing embroideries that are mentioned on the inlays other than anything used in the stitching is only for Shoot Purposes.
- All customers are hereby notified that as per the terms and conditions of COD, the courier company will not allow the customer to open the package before payment.
- We have the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item being out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
- If during delivery, customs duties are applicable, they will be paid in full by the customer
