Shipping Policy
Expected delivery time:
- Within Pakistan for Unstitched: 5 to 7 Business Days
- Outside Pakistan for Unstitched: 7 to 12 Business Days
- Within Pakistan for Made to order according to the given size chart: 20 to 25 Business Days
- Outside Pakistan for Made to order according to the given size chart: 25 to 30 Business Days
Note:
- Any public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays in between the days are non-working days.
Shipping Charges:
- Within Pakistan: Rs.300
- Outside Pakistan: Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout based on the weight of the package and destination.
Couriers:
- Within Pakistan: Call Courier, Trax, AHL, Riders, and TCS Logistics.
- Outside Pakistan: DHL & SkyNet.
We endeavor to dispatch the order as soon as possible and are always trying to reduce the delivery times.
For Cash on Delivery (or COD) orders payment will be collected from the shipping address.
Due to certain restrictions, we are unable to provide deliveries in India.
Order Tracking
On dispatch of your order, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number, be sure to check the Junk/Spam folder as well.
Customs and Duties
Your order may be required to pay customs and import duties upon arrival of the goods into your country. Freesia Premium is not responsible for any taxes or duties, the customs office may charge you, and payment is necessary to release your order from customs.
