You can cancel your order before the item is shipped.

Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes

We do not accept returns for online orders.

Exchange will acceptable in case of damage or defected articles , you may exchange it with another product. You must bring the article that needs to be exchanged to the nearest Freesia Premium store within 7 days of purchase along with the original receipt after informing and approval at freesia.premium@gmail.com

On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through email and SMS. You can log on to Logistic Company's website for local order tracking respectively.

You can perform a speed exchange of your purchase by going to the nearest store. Please remember to bring the invoice along with you. The exchange should be made in within 7 days of order delivery.

We do a detailed check of all our products before packaging it. However, if your purchased item is damaged we will verify it and arrange exchange within 7 days of purchase.
